Its mission is threefold :


  • it monitors digital technology developments in television and film
  • it provides aid for the cultural content of multimedia for use in all digital formats, DVD, Internet, game consoles, mobile telephones
  • it ensures a watch on the emergence of new cultural practices relating to new technologies

 

It manages six support schemes to the various actors in these sectors, through three departments: the technical industries and innovation department, the video game and digital creation department, and the video department
