On December 10 & 11, 2024, this major annual event for professionals in film and audiovisual production will bring together over a hundred countries to discuss international production. It will be an opportunity to meet with the Film France – CNC team and discover all the benefits and advantages of filming in France.


Focus London is a meeting place for information and discussions on the future of the film and audiovisual industries, taking place on December 10 & 11 at the Business Design Centre in the British capital. Film France – CNC, the one-stop shop for filming in France, will attend the event to present what France has to offer to international productions. Expertise on the Tax Rebate for International Productions, providing information and advice on filming and postproduction in France, connection with expertise through a strong local network of 35 film commissions and industry professionals, assistance with location scouting, shoots, animation VFX, and postproduction work in France—these are just some of the services offered to foreign productions wishing to base their projects in France.


With landscapes evoking some of the greatest cinematic atmospheres, France is an ideal playground for productions. From the Mediterranean vibe of Menton to the vast terrains resembling the American Far West in the Colorado Provençal, not to mention the futuristic aura of the Plateau de Bure, each region has a story to tell. Over 20 French professionals, including Film Commissions, Production Services Companies, Film Studios, VFX Studios, and Service Providers, will be present at this British event to answer participants' questions and present the various advantages of filming in France.

On Tuesday, December 10, at 4:30 PM, Film France – CNC will host a panel: “Filming Heads of State on the French Riviera with the Tax Rebate for International Productions” at the Presentation Bay 1, accessible with accreditation. Starring Idris Elba and John Cena, this movie was shot for Prime Video in the South of France, both at the historic Victorine studios and natural locations on the French Riviera. Panelists will include producer John Bernard (Peninsula Film), Camille Feret, Film Commissioner (Côte d’Azur Film Commission), Daphné Lora, Head of Film France – CNC, and Joanna Verner, Promotion & Production Support Manager (Film France-CNC).
The presentation will be followed by a reception in the Networking Area.
