- Territoriality and its impact on the financing of audiovisual works, EAO, September 2015. The report mainly focuses on the impact of the principle of territoriality on the financing of fictions.
- European Parliament briefing paper “EU copyright reform: Revisiting the principle of territoriality”, EPRS, September 2015.
- The European Parliament Research Unit CEPS has published on 13 October 2015 a study on the Review of the EU copyright framework
- In preparation: an study commissioned by the MPA and carried out by Oxera on the economic impact of removing territoriality
