Séries Mania, the biggest European festival dedicated to series, returns to Lille from March 25-27. It will be an opportunity to meet with the Film France – CNC team and discover all the benefits and advantages of filming in France.


Film France-CNC, the one-stop-shop for filming in France

Film France-CNC, the French film commission, department of the CNC, supports foreign productions and individuals preparing to film in France through a range of free services including expertise on the Tax Rebate for International Productions (TRIP), understanding of the French regulations (permits and visas), assistance with location scouting, shoots, animation, VFX and postproduction work in France.

Learn more about the collaboration between France and the U.S. on the filming of the successful spin-off The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon,  starring Norman Reedus, which shot two seasons in France while benefitting from the Tax Rebate for International Productions. The third season has just completed filming in Spain and the VFX are made in France.

Up to 40% Tax Rebate for International Productions

The Tax Rebate for International Productions (TRIP) supports international projects that are completely or partly made in France. The TRIP goes up from 30% to 40% on all eligible expenses when you spend a minimum target of 2 million euros on VFX in France.
