According to the last estimates made by the CNC, admissions in theaters reached 19.20 million in October 2015, up from 18.49 million in October 2014 (+3.8%).
For the first ten months of 2015, admissions totalled 163.70 milllion, a drop of 3.5% compared with the same period in 2014.
Over the past twelve months, estimated admissions totalled 202.99 million, a drop of 3.9% compared with the same period in 2014.
French Films market share in October 2015 was 36.0% of total admissions. US features shared 52.8% of total admissions. Over the past twelve months, French films market share was 37.3%, 49.8% for American films and 12.9% for other films.
